Well a .4 pound loss. Its not much but I'll take it. Gets me another step closer to hitting below 180.
180.4 lb Lost so far: 47.6 lb.    Still to go: 60.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Thank you Heidi and HCB. Well I thought the border skill was very basic and these are all experienced home decorators, but they were really interested and impressed! Things went much better than I thought they would. I was so nervous for nothing! lol. Maybe I will move up to some serious teaching in the future!

That's true Heidi. I really tried to prepare and it came too quickly. Gwen I agree. I love the victories! You should see my schedule for next Saturday!
