Did a 2 hour walk today, double what I've been doing. Really enjoyed it and extremely pleased with myself! Also feeling lucky to live near such beautiful countryside!
173.5 lb Lost so far: 4.5 lb.    Still to go: 17.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
