Feeling good today! Although during my workout this morning it felt like my muscles were getting fatigued really quickly. I'm not sure what I could be deficient in, unless I'm just not eating enough. I'm going to try a small juice before my next morning workout to see if that helps. I already take a pre-workout shake, but it has almost no calories and lots of caffeine and other good stuff.

Try a banana. Caffeine pushes out water and potassium, which effects our muscles. Banana's are full of potassium.

more protein also will help after the workout, and complex carbs before can help. I get that same feeling sometimes if I am not well hydrated.
