Day 38, Keto mod, 146lb, bf 39.5%,tbw 41.8,musc mass 83.8/2,viscf 8/0,bone mass 4.4lb,2019/50, Eliptical 45 min level 4.

Breakfast Atkins chocolate chip granola bar, coffee w half and half, lunch/dinner chicken ceasar salad and iced tea, almonds for snack.

4 days to go for 6 week goal!!Unexpectedly only 1 lb to go for what was to be my next goal!!! I am so pleased with my progress. This Atkins experience is so different than many previous false starts. I do not feel the need to have something in my mouth all of the time--I have water at my desk which I constantly sip--no forcing myself to uncomfortably drink water. The choc chip granola bars are a great breakfast substitute so I rarely skip breakfast. I am doing both aerobic and weights which is helping boost my efforts. The biggest difference is that i am drinking iced tea when I go out to dinner. My husband loves beer and always has one or two if we are at lunch or dinner. I was accustomed to having a glass of wine as he had his beer. Calories increased. As far as Atkins--alcohol is metabolized first so it slowed down progress considerably. I love my new lifestyle!!!
146.0 lb Lost so far: 12.8 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
