Good Morning!
Getting ready to take off on vacation. A little nervous, we will be on our bike for 7 days, so it's a little tough to follow my food plan and activity. Reminding myself, "it's the journey". Wishing you all a great week, I will check in when I return.


189.2 lb Lost so far: 28.6 lb.    Still to go: 24.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
