I seem to be stuck at this weight or up a few ounces. I'm not going to get discouraged. My nemesis (134 pounds) will not win. I've only veered off the dysfunctional diet plan twice this week. It will come off!!!
134.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
