No problem, I think most of yesterday loss was due to dehydration so it gained quickly .. still on track (y)
222.9 lb Lost so far: 23.1 lb.    Still to go: 13.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

By the way, I think FS has to change the algorithm they calculate the average performance of the weigh in. It can't be I'm Gaining 2.1Kg/week due to one day increase and on the other hand it can't be I'm losing 3.0Kg/week also depending on one day record. Anybody here from FS to work on that issue.
