Updated Monday am 550 am 45038+ more steps since Monday morning. On Friday it went to 999999 and unknown how many steps not recorded. 24,000 steps yesterday - walking @ laundry, then 2.5 hours mowing the church. More carbs this week. I think, regretfully, that corn makes my elbows break out like wheat products, but not sure. Could have started as mosquito bites. Another 7703 KC used, plus the 23,000 or so that it was at I think on Friday when I reset it. 30,000 KC used in the week. 145038/7=20719 steps per day, actual real average was about 7000/day, rest on Friday - Sunday. Lost 2 pounds again, back to 168.
Last Sunday I had about 75,000 steps, and forgot to enter them. Adding to Walkabout now
