Worked out 2-2.5hrs each tues, weds, thurs. So not expecting losses really as much as body change because exercise causes water retention and muscle weighs more than fat. so gained .7 on weds from tues workout and no change yesterday or today.
Not working out until next Tues, but I'm going downtown to the monthly art walk. So I'm not sure if I should eat beforehand or expect that I'm probably going to eat something while I'm down there.
273.8 lb Lost so far: 22.1 lb.    Still to go: 143.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
