Oh boy, I knew I have been eating too much (snacking a lot) but hoping it would not be this bad. I believe the challenge I joined starts today. I have also been exercising less. Not sure how I got here so quickly but need to get out of this rut. Let's start today. Ooops challenge started yesterday and I forgot to join.
159.0 lb Lost so far: 13.2 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 3.0 lb a week
