I am loving this... I know it won't last.... I messed up a tiny bit this am, don't know why, grrr at myself, but I will record it.. and move on... next week back to work outs... I just can't wait to get under 250 again, been awhile.
256.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 67.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
