Today: coffee and creamer. 310 shake at 3pm Pickle slice, kale chips, Dinner: 2 pork loin slices, spicy dip with crunchy cucumber slices, some roasted broccoli Tons of water!!! 120ounces Also I need to make these egg cup things in the morning. Wake up at 6 am and walk.
