I am so grateful for this encouraging one pound loss

Currently daily walking Stella to second telephone pole down park fence line. Approx 8 blocks in the 4:30pm heat.
198.8 lb Lost so far: 7.3 lb.    Still to go: 61.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
