Tiny drop. I’ll take it. Eating habits remain very poor. Main issue is all the life stress that’s compounding poor habits. Amazing how quickly good habits go out the window.
132.5 lb Lost so far: 7.3 lb.    Still to go: 22.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
