Urgh! This second holiday really didn’t go to plan! I walked so much. I figured it would offset bad food but clearly not. Enough excuses. Let’s try again!
134.5 lb Lost so far: 5.3 lb.    Still to go: 24.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
