Yahoo!:) I am happy! But I expect to go up and down between 147-151. I am going to try and eat healthy now, and always. I will try and stay away from sugar! Sugar makes me gain weight! uhh! I love desserts!:) I love to eat!lol :)
My downfall? Nightly eating, especially before I go to sleep! (Not a good idea!...That is how I gained 20 lbs!):)
Have a great week everyone!

I am a night eater too. I don't know how to not eat something at bed time. If I have junk food in the house I will get up in the middle of the night and eat it. :( Try very hard to keep it out of the house / I have no self-control when it comes to sweets. :( Keep up the good work!

"Yes Dawn, I do the same thing! I can not have any temptation type of foods in my house at all!! I know at night, just before I nod off, I don't have any resistance, and head right to the goodies. The next day I become very miserable for what I have done the night before.ugh! :( It is just not worth it! FYI-The CLA1-250 from my health food store has helped me shed pounds too! :)

We are having a party tomorrow and I baked sweets from scratch for the first time in a long while. I haven't tried my Texas Sheet Cake, but if licking the spatula is any indication, it is going to be fabulous. I will have to allow myself one piece. :) I have cut back so much, but I have not yet been able to commit to giving up sugar. We'll see what sort of self control I have tomorrow. Ann444, you are doing so well. :)

Good job, Ann. I know what you mean about sugar. I have been better (I actually ate corn flakes with almond milk and no sugar a couple of days ago), but can't give it up completely. I DID give up Splenda though, although it was hard. I also gave up milk for almond milk (which I like just as much, if not more), but can't give up my cottage cheese and sour cream, or my chedder cheese completely, yet.

There are many weight loss myths out there, beware. It's not what you eat or when. It's how many calories. As long as you maintain a caloric defecit you will lose weight. I found this site to be the most honest site regarding weight loss aworkoutroutine.com. I've lost almost 40 lbs since march by creating a caloric defecit.

You have done an awesome job of getting rid of the unwanted weight. Listening to your body is the best indicator of how things are going. I won't even comment on sugar...it is a real beast!
