You cannot gain permanently that fast, thank goodness, unless you partied or something. I can’t imagine you partying, Liv 😂. You have lost that 1-3 lb benchmark for serious effort, that I like to mention, well, only 1 lb for most of us anyway, 24 to 65 times!!! Even if you are blessed with the genetics for a 2 or 3 pound benchmark for hard work before another round of difficulty, you still cannot eat everything in sight…hence the fact that even teenage athletes can be obese if they are not in the Olympics or something, if you are in the USA, IDK about Canada 😂. How are your vegetables in the garden?

It is part of maintenance to fluctuate and I am in process of training my mind to both weigh in daily AND to not be too hung up on small gains and losses.
