57671 steps in the week, 17, 172 calories burned per the watch = 2453/day
Per the truthful food diary, I am consuming 1340 calories on average per day. Have been trying to eat enough protein, slacker on the carbs.


Chocolate bunnies have been a downfall.

57671/7 8238steps per day, /2000 steps per mile = 4.1 miles.
Still need to do at least 10,000 per day. Plus some kind of HIT, probably cycle. Woke up early and walked 45 minutes on Sunday, plus 20 before bed.



170.0 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 40.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
