I'm mad at myself. I got lazy and careless. I'm back in the groove, so all is well. I am fine with the actual number, just frustrated that I let 3 lbs jump back on board in such a short time.

I have a big week of exercise this week, so I think all will be fine.

Y'all do better than me.

It doesn't take a whole lot to go up 3 lbs, I can do it one day to the next with ease. The good news only a portion of it is fat, more is likely water. Anyway, been there and done that many times and will again myself. A new week, a fresh start, and all is well. You can get it right back off.

I agree. I'm pretty sure just looking at fattening food puts the pounds back on me.

You're still way ahead of the game. Wasn't your goal to be below 200lbs! Well, you're still there. Love yourself and be careful, and the rest will follow. Don't look back, you're not going that way!

You have done really well - and will figure out maintenance. In the end it is about the food we choose, and the exercise helps to maintain.
