I'm learning to not rely on food for that moment of "happy". Ultimately it doesn't make you happy. What does is walking away from it when it's just for the sake of eating. It isn't easy!
135.4 lb Lost so far: 14.6 lb.    Still to go: 15.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
