Finally lost the water weight I had gained taking antibiotics! Back on track now just in time to leave on a long road trip with some cheating expected. I'm sure next Tuesday we will be continuing the induction we haven't really left yet!
184.6 lb Lost so far: 43.4 lb.    Still to go: 64.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

I love seeing a new number no matter how small as long as it is heading in the right direction. I don't know when you are leaving on your trip but I hope that you travel safely and have a good time, not only together but also with your family and friends. God bless...

Gwen we leave tomorrow late afternoon. Taking plenty of low carb snacks and fat bombs. We made vanilla, strawberry, orange, and lemon lime to take with us. We are bringing ribs and brisket along for the reunion Saturday on dry ice. Checked the breakfast at the first hotel and nothing we can eat, so taking some atkins shakes and stuff for bulletproof teas. I'm thinking Sunday may be the hardest as we will indulge in white castle. We are going for pizza too but can eat that without the crust. Things should be well.
