I have done reasonably well with eating low carb, high protein, doing at least 30+ mins of activity, yesterday I did over an hour of cardio and I am barely at the same dang weight as I was 2 weeks ago! Ugh! However, my clothes do fit better but for some reason I still need to see validation on the scale. LOL
