Not discouraged of the little weight gain.. Did not exercise yesterday--and well I have not pooped for 24 hours either.. mmm should I be concerned?
I do realize that the weight flex could be caused by a number of factors, water for one..
339.3 lb Lost so far: 3.7 lb.    Still to go: 144.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
