In all honesty I didn't weigh myself when I signed up, I took a guess. My scale was without battery so.... I haven't lost 10lbs in one week. I would say I probably dropped about 3 pounds judging by the jeans I have on today. The big thing for me is not to make food a go to resource for happiness. I also have a lot of work to do with eating proper food (too many carbs).
140.2 lb Lost so far: 9.8 lb.    Still to go: 20.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
