197.6 this morning! That is a 2.6 lb loss for the week! Been several weeks since I've had a one week loss that big. Now if I could just find some way to take a couple more of these inches off my waist...my nemesis. lol My New York trip is less than five weeks away...I did a little shopping for it this weekend. I'm buying size 16 slacks...I can get them on now, but they still aren't comfortable. Hanging onto the theory that in five weeks time I will surely take enough off of the waist so that they are an easier fit.
197.6 lb Lost so far: 35.4 lb.    Still to go: 27.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

I was just reviewing the holiday challenge results. You are doing simply amazing. Whatever you are doing on the Calorie Count diet since June is really working for you. Keep at it. I'm sure your pants will fit fine for the NY trip. Congrats! Excellent Job!

madaboutmoose...I'm trying to figure something out I can do. Osteopenia in the spine, and I'm told I probably shouldn't do situps. Need to do something for the waist though. meonadiet...thanks! It's been a pretty successful four months. Combination of eating right and exercising. Don't know why I never tried both at the same time before. lol In the past I would diet, or I would work out...it never quite came together until now.
