Reached my first goal weight today, feel great and am getting more active. Weather is wonderful for I've been lopping weeds, raking, doing more barn chores, walking, etc. Now I am going to change my next goal weight and work towards that. I'm a very happy camper today :)
165.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
