I ate 9460 calories, watch says I used 18471, difference = 9011, 9011/3500 =2.5 pounds, but I weigh and look the same. Go figure. Plus side was I was not really hungry much, but I thought it was because I was burning fat. Ha. 67957 steps walked /7 days = 9693 steps per day, almost the 10,000 min I am aiming for. Have to say that weather and long road trip to Ft Worth cut some walking out.
170.0 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 40.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
