Yesterday was my day to splurge and eat unhealthy so I had fried chicken, onion rings and other things. Of course it messed up my diet but I was tired, busy and needed one day to just take a break from the diet. In the process, I gained 2 pounds today. I made up for it today by eating a salad. I am only planning to do between 7000-8000 steps today since I have been exercising hard all week and I am a bit sore.
203.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 68.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Of course some of that 2 pounds is just water being "Held" by the salt you had...so just do your planned steps and keep Use your plan...you will be .FINE!!!!!

Yeah you ate a Lot of salty food. Drink lots of water over the next couple of days.

Thanks everyone for all your great comments and support. Today was a good day with a healthy meal and some exercise. I need to drink more water like msbuggirl mentioned.

I find myself needing a "day off" once in a while as well. Getting back on track with weight loss is a good feeling. Keep up the good work and I know we can do it!
