Was expecting a gain this week but I braved the scale anyway. Made some not so healthy choices,BUT I did walk a few times,soo..........I'll embrace this loss!!!! Got to get "back on track" and stay away from breads and make healthier choices :)

Nice...VERY nice...A loss on a "tough" week!!! Congrats...Thanks for having the COURAGE to weigh and post anyway...I am "stuck" with a 1 week plateau on a 4 LB gain...But ..."this too shall pass."...God bless you and your family as your continue to celebrate your family memories and milestones!!!! :)

AND Yes, bread and crackers TEMPT me WAY MORE than cake and cookies...sorta crazy when I think about it....I guess the POWER of starchy carbs...HAVE a week filled with Healthy Choices AND Affirming people!!!!!!!!

Thanks for the encouragement. And yes....this, too , shall pass for you!!! You have come such a long way, and have been so positive all the way. Looking forward to you breaking your plateau!! Keep up the great work :) Thanks for the blessings :) We are continuing our celebrations- next up- my daughter's HS graduation in June. Then off to college preparation :( If I can survive these next few months, I can do ANYTHING!!!! Lol!
