So, in the last month the only workout I've gotten was packing, moving, and unpacking boxes... emotional eating didn't help. *sigh* I now live 731 miles from home, in my first apartment. Lucky, the apt complex has a gym. I gotta get back in the swing, any suggestions?
222.8 lb Lost so far: 42.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
