I only lost a small amount of weight in a day but I will take it. I worked out today and ate healthy today so I hope I will lose weight again. My buddy mention to cook on the weekend to use during the week and that is what I did instead of eating fast food. I am determined to lose a lot of weight by the summer/fall.
201.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 66.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1 pound a day is 7 pounds a week. Pretty fast.

Yes, every poound helps. Thank you everyone for the support. Thank you msbuggirl for encouraging me to cook my meal on the weekend to last the whole week. It has definitely helped when I need something quick to eat this week.
