Hm interesting jump up a couple of pounds. Could be natural fluctuations. Could be water retention. Could be muscle; been working out a lot and have increased reps and weights.
157.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 2.5 lb a week
