well i guess i'm worrying for nothing...i assume my body must have adapted how it reacts with what i eat...maybe i boosted my metabolism a bit b/c this last month has been awful. i've had drinks and cake, fast food and hmmm well pretty much anything i've wanted ( while we were away ). BUT when i come home i always try to get right back on track...guess its working, b/c in almost 3 weeks i didn't gain anything :) yay for south beach! its actually an effective diet, who knew ;)
135.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

WOW! you are sooo close to your goal! I think this can be the hardest to budge, lots of walking (or any exercise) and you'll be there in no time. Well done to you!
