Ok, I'm pleased to say I'm trimming down, pound by pound. Maybe I can get below the 150 mark by early next week. i think when I can get there, I may look at beginning OWL, but these first pounds were a little slow to come off and we have our honeymoon in October so I'd really like to be at about 125 pounds by then, or at least 130. My best friend and I are going in on some Zumba dvd's and I think with some good cardio, the pounds will really becoming off and staying off.

151.6 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb.    Still to go: 12.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 12 August 2011:
1634 kcal Fat: 120.45g | Prot: 110.20g | Carb: 30.70g.   Breakfast: Egg and Sausage Muffins. Lunch: balsamic dressing, Steak and Be Cheese Salad (no dressing, no crispy onions). Dinner: jimmy johns italian night train unwich. Snacks/Other: Mock Cheese Crackers, mixed nuts, almonds. more...
