Weight hasn't changed but not worried. Travelling tomorrow and will be running around the beach. Hopefully ill come back with some weight loss change. lets just hope munchies don't win.

178.6 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb. Still to go: 35.3 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.
