Well, my camping weekend was fun, exhausting and caused me to eat foods that I shouldn't. I knew that the smores would get me. I was sitting there while the kids were eating them and I heard them calling me. They said, "Hey you, you know you want to eat one, yummy chocolate, mmmm." lol so I gave in. I only had one. I gained two pounds because after eating that smore I said well you allready blew it so you might as well enjoy yourself. I didn't eat alot, I just ate the wrong things. So it's back on the wagon today and I am determined to lose this weight. It's ugly and I can't stand it anymore.
177.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 2.8 lb a week

You realise that you "did slightly wrong and ate the wrong things" so don't get too upset about it! We all slip from time to time and it is a human flaw we all have in ourselves, no one can ever be perfect, we just were not created that way! C'mon sweetie, you can do it - Just take baby steps!

The important thing is that you got back on the wagon. You didn't roll down the hill once you fell off! I saw your posting about needing a fun workout. How about something w/the kids? Race walking with your daughter while your son bikes? Or shooting hoops together? Heck, run around and play tag with him! Or jump rope together while you chant jumprope songs! I thought long and hard for you!!! Hope it helped!
