Happy Thursday!!

Well, this is a little different!! Maybe the 3 pound bounce is over and we're on the way down again! I know I had a few plateaus before. This one drove me nuts though. UGH! Pushing the water intake too, so that definitely helps. I'm changing up on my lunches too. I'm not getting enough protein through the day, and that ends up translating into the evening munchies. For me anyway!

I went to Wally world last night with the hubbs,(to get motor oil for the beastie) and ended up bringing home some cottage cheese, jumbo eggs, butter, and some snack cheese/beef sticks. I got the regular 4% milk fat cottage cheese, because I absolutely HATE the low fat/fat free type! UGH! Tastes horrible! I don't really agree with the lower your fat intake type of diets, but again, that's me. I never had any luck with those types of weight loss eating plans.

I've had a bronchitis flare, and have been taking an antibiotic for the last few days. Feeling much better, and coughing much less! The only thing, last night I ended up having to use my albuterol inhaler. First time in a long time that I was having a tiny bit of trouble breathing. One round with it and I was good to go. I'm good this morning too, clearing out the lungs well, so it's good!

I need to get out today and walk a little. Its going to be in the '80s the next few days, with a possible 90 on Sunday! I have to finish planting my veggies too. I had some copper garden lights that have been stashed in the basement for far to many years, and I'm cleaning them up, and have to recharge the batteries in them. They aren't charging with just the sun like they should. They have been sitting too long, and may just need a good recharge so they will work again. I hope I don't have to get more rechargeable batteries for them. I need 2 for each light. I had to have the hubby evict the little 8 legged creatures from them before I could finish cleaning them up...lol!!

I guess that's enough rambling from me today! I'm going to go get some lunch! Have a great day today!! Keep up that great work!!

Hi - missed this Journal yesterday. I couldn't agree with you more. I'd rather go without than eat low fat dairy.

It is better to eat full fat because there are no chemicals or added sugars - just eat a little less if you are concerned about the fat.
