Wooohoooo! The first time I can really tell via the scale that I'm losing weight! Being the fourth week on our extended induction is not quite as bad now that we've found a few more things to eat. This morning we're going to try the MIM and I can't tell you how excited I will be to have something somewhat bread-like. HOpe this works.
152.2 lb Lost so far: 3.8 lb.    Still to go: 13.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
