Cheated yesterday
2 slices of p h pizza
2 full plates of salad

Then popcorn with no salt “salt”

But lots of sleep

That was it
And still gained
298.4 lb Lost so far: 44.6 lb.    Still to go: 103.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
