The day I was released from the hospital, after 7 days of intravenous diuretics, plus 3 days of recovery on just diuretic pills to see if I could transition. Hospital weighed weight at the time of release. Doctor told me to make my final arrangements when I got home to hospice because it was just a matter of months if I did well. I argued for a diagnosis of a year... He finally said maybe if I experience a miracle. So, I pressed for two years but he just shut me down with a firm "NO WAY".
