Sorry this is the correct weight- still fell to the temptation of eating deli ckn yesterday, calorie intake was low, sodium intake high (over 3000)
304.2 lb Lost so far: 38.8 lb.    Still to go: 109.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
