Lost 15Lbs while on my 1500 cal a day diet. Once off I maintained pretty well. I have gone off bad the last few weeks and would like to go for another 10 pounds which would put me at around 208.
218.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
