I jump started my diet again by eating a concoction of Chicken, Mushrooms, Broccoli, Celery, Onions, & Garlic w/ spices added. All these things are mixed up like a stir fry and I eat 1 cup portions about 8 times a day for 4 or 5 days. My son's birthday was yesterday and so I made it for 4 days and then we went and had Mexican food last night. I still did good by having the fajita and one soft shell.

Mexico is in 3 weeks, I'm really wanting to meet my goal.
210.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hey Cjoy2Day's...have you submitted this concoction as a recipe? I would be interested in learning the amounts you use of each item...sounds delicious! Please submit the recipe "Cjoy2Day's Chicken Surprise" I'd like to try to make it myself. Also you say you eat 1 cup portions about 8 times a day for 4 or 5 days?...sounds like it acts as a metabolism booster...might help me when I reach what seems like plateau's? Great Idea!
