DRL5's Journal, 22 April 2015

This was a crazy busy week and I feel like I failed even though I lost a half pound. I did not go off the diet, so the food control was still there, but I did not make time for exercise. I had a minor emergency with my daughter at the hospital and another issue that required me going out of town quickly Monday and being gone all day Tuesday. I will get back on track this week.
193.5 lb Lost so far: 13.5 lb.    Still to go: 21.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Life happens...AND often...There is a GREAT win in the statement "I did not go off the diet so the food control was still there." GREAT JOB!!! Staying on our eating plan, even in stressful times, is foundational for future success. Keep on Keeping on, Buddy!!!!!!

It's really about eating healthy and clean. I use to workout harder than what I have been doing, and I never got leaner until I started eating cleaner.
