I haven't been checking in. Since September, I've been going through some very stressful major life changes including divorce, packing up and selling the house, and then relocating to the other coast. There is more to share, but my divorce needs to be final first.
I'm pleased that I've dropped half of the weight I gained. I hope to be down to my goal weight of 151 by Jan 31. (I hope to get through the holiday season without a weight gain.🤞)
155.6 lb Lost so far: 2.4 lb.    Still to go: 4.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
