I only dropped 1.1 this past week. I know I should be happy, but I wanted to make it 2 pounds. I'm eating per the 21 Day Fix and the calories come in lower than they specify. Did a little better this week with exercise, worked out four days. Got one more week, let's see what happens.
145.9 lb Lost so far: 8.6 lb.    Still to go: 20.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
