Still holding at 167.0 lbs. That's better than gaining weight, but I'm disappointed not to be losing down to 165 where I would prefer to level off. What to do?
167.0 lb Lost so far: 7.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
