Week 2 Done. Total of 5,1kg lost. Didn't stick 100% to the plan, and had a few cheat meals, but still happy with the results.
275.4 lb Lost so far: 11.2 lb.    Still to go: 121.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
