I am losing slowly but surely. But I have lots of non-scale victories like new clothes and lots of compliments on losing weight especially in my face. Thanks to all in fat secret for being supportive. I have been logging my food and exercising more too.
191.6 lb Lost so far: 43.4 lb.    Still to go: 16.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
