Starting a new diet called "The Secret Diet" with a group of ladies. Let's see how this goes. I have gained so much weight lately, really need to knuckle down and do this!
286.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 132.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
